Position Overview:
Acceliot Inc. is seeking a dynamic and talented Professional Services Engineer to join our team. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of our solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our customers, providing technical expertise, customization, and support to meet their specific needs and requirements. This position will require traveling to customer sites both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Design and implement customized solutions based on client needs, utilizing Acceliot’s products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and best practices for internal and external use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent trade school certification.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical support, consulting, or professional services.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL querying.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Linux Professional Institute Certification, or equivalent.
