Terrence Crown serves as the Chief Software Architect at Acceliot, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience developing innovative software platforms across a variety of industry verticals. He is an experienced leader and an accomplished expert in designing, developing, operating and maintaining state-of-the-art web applications and IoT platforms.

Previously, Terrence served as the Chief Software Architect at Mojix, Inc., where he led the development of a massively scalable IoT platform to complement the company’s line of leading-edge RFID hardware products. He joined Mojix as a result of the company’s 2015 acquisition of TierConnect, Inc., a leading developer of IoT software platforms and asset visibility applications. Terrence was the chief architect at TierConnect and a cofounder of the company. He served in several management and board roles at the company over his 14-year career there and led the development of IoT solutions for major brands including Ford, General Motors, Cox Automotive, Whirlpool Corporation and many more.
Terrence earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army. Terrence spends free time working in his shop designing circuit boards and inventing practical electronic systems.
